Are you arriving at Islamabad International Airport, YOU could be the next

Beware, if you are landing on Islamabad Airport, you could be the next target. From last few months, maximum passengers are victim of robbery, while traveling from Islamabad International Airport to their homes. Can you imagine if you are coming from America, or England to Pakistan and you are going to your home town near Islamabad like Hazro, Attock, or Mir Pur AJK. You hire a taxi and leave Airport with a lot of future plans as well as with sweet memories of past. Suddenly you find you taxi stopped by "Police" insisting to search your luggage because they have secret information that you are a drug smuggler. You can't resist and remain shocked. Policemen checks your luggage and performs your body search. Suddenly they cover you at gunpoint and deprive you from your luggage as well as net all the cash you have.

This is every day scene near Islamabad International Airport. Taxi drivers and robbers are members of this gang. They use Islamabad Police Uniform if they plan to trap their victim near airport and if the plan is otherwise they use Punjab Police's Uniform. in this situation they trap the passenger near Qasim Market ETC, surroundings of Rawalpindi City.
What to do in this situation.

1.     Call your relatives if you are planning to arrive at Islamabad International Airport and advise them  to make sure that they have their own vehicle when they come to receive you. 
2.     Book a Room in any hotel with good reputation from the counter of that hotel at airport and ask them to call hotel vehicle to pick you from airport, especially if you are coming at the flight arriving late night or early morning.
   
    
3. Stay at airport hotel/motel for some hours and start your next journey from there at day time. 
4. Try to run if stopped by Police especially when they are in private vehicle having blue revolving lights. 
5. Don't think that they are real police officers if they have wireless sets in their hands, because these robbers are also using wireless sets. 
6. Don't try to book a taxi from airport taxi stand. Drivers try to catch you and insists to book them but strictly refuse them and wait till day time.

Remember, without safety precautions, you could be the next victim of this dangerous gang, be careful, have a safe journey.       

Two More Target Killings in Attock

Two more LEAs members embraced Shahadat last day. At morning Qamar Anis who was serving at IB Office Attock took his daughter to school and went to market to buy something for breakfast. 02 unknown motorcyclists came and started firing targeting his head. Qamar Anis was great intelligence officer as well as great person also. May Allah give him the place he deserve as Shaheed. 

At evening Mohammad Bilal, was serving at Attock Police (Session Courts Guard Attock), was going to join his special duty at Gurdawara Siri Panja Sahib Hassan Abdal, was also shoot dead by unknown persons. An other Shaheed of Attock Police.  

What the hell is going on? nobody knows how to trace the culprits. we have no words for local police but what are doing LEAs, especially Special Branch and other sister agencies?

A big question mark is there for all and the public is waiting for reply, may be this one could be last.

No Punishment But Love (Mar Naheen Pyar)

I am Speechless, thinking continuously, endless thoughts surrounded my head for hours and hours, what is the basic education policy of Punjab Government? Where we are heading to? What are the aims and objectives and goals of this educational system? Is there any (Intellectual)? Or all are sitting Monkeys copying the foreign policies on “as it is” basis.

 Before we find the answers of all above mentioned questions, I think that we have a look on the Behavior Modification process which is being used for thousands of the years by parents, as well as teachers, in home and schools. According to society norms we have a standard behavior for every situation and every person, and we expect that, but when the response is different, there are needs to change or modify that behavior according to society norms. For example if a child is not having interest in studies, and showing hyper active behavior, we need to modify his hyper activeness to calm and relax condition make him/her ready to learn, as other students. To change behavior we use different steps and the last one is PUNISHMENT. Punishment is always used to change the behavior as a last tool, in each and every society as we know that every society have its own laws regarding rewards and punishments, and the structure of rewards and punishments is a guaranty to keep society peaceful. Islam also teach us about rewards and punishments, and the whole life of a Muslim is revolves around “To Dos and Not to Dos”, willing to be rewarded and to avoid the punishment.

Now come to the present slogan of the Education Department of Punjab, “Mar Naheen Pyar” (No Punishment but Love). And this is not only a slogan; every kind of punishment is strictly banned in the schools of Punjab. Result, decreasing the social values, decreasing the quality of education, decreasing the respect of teachers in society, and the list goes long and long.

The situation demands quick and serious action to completely change the educational system, according to the norms of our Pakistani and furthermore Punjabi Society. We can’t impose any policy, worked successfully at any foreign country, without any further study or without modifying that according to the norms and needs of Pakistan and Punjab. If an American or Canadian use toilet paper instead of water, it

may fit to their environment but if a Pakistani use that, he will have a notable smell, due to warm climate in Pakistan, with which he can’t move in the society. The Student Central Curriculum is also that use of toilet paper which is now spreading the disgusting smell which is unbearable for the general public of the society.

Do you think ever to change the present environment? Do you hate the smell of Gunpowder and Explosives? Do you want peace in Pakistan? The endless list of questions could not get the answer of even one question. Here I think, not government nor people want to change the situation. If, I am wrong, please prove it. My statement is based on the fact that no serious effort scene in this regard.

What is the solution? Before I ask this question I want to ask one more, do you all reading this article has confidence to report any suspicious person or activity to any LEA? Most of you say no to this question because you are not sure about the after effects of this report. First of all you should think about your security and secrecy, and many more concerns hold your heart if you even think about that.

I am returning to my first question, what is the solution? May be, there could be find many practically implementable solutions but I have one.

Government should constitute a new law to handle the special situation, and also constitute joint task force headed by in service general, may be batter in direct command of ISI Chief. Reps of affective LEAs may be selected after a deep verification. Call Centers could be established at district level monitored by a central control system. Quick response intelligence teams could be constituted also at district level to counter check the information received, at the call centers. An action group is also required to arrest the suspicious elements and interrogate them. A plan should also be prepared to create a friendly and trust worthy environment between general public and call center reps.

An awareness campaign should also be launched to aware the general public about surveillance of suspicious elements on the following grounds.

Observe your street with the eye of an outsider as well as also a neighbor, you should find many things strange as outsider, and otherwise.

If your neighbor welcomes some guests at late night, often, there is something wrong.

If your neighbor disappears for some days without any reason and comes back, and repeat this after every two or three months.

If your neighbor family is showing reserved behavior and does not want to have relations with other neighbors.

If you neighbors head of the family is joining five time prayer at nearby mosque but very silently, and do not have deep relations with any other person living in the same street.

If your neighbor opposes TV and other entertainment instruments like music ETC.

If your neighbor often welcomes guests you can’t recognize, especially if they are in specific getup like Molvies or ultra-modern boys.

If you find any extra ordinary thing/incident in your street, or any situations out of norms, it is also a reportable issue.

Don’t think that may be it is a minor thing and may be it will not more than time wasting, just report it.

If a special defense offered by this force to informers from general public, in the situation of any kind of injustice by local police or any other person/department, they should courage enough to contact the call center at any kind of information came into notice.

Hit Terrorists at the spot

Terrorism in Pakistan is a conspiracy tailored by RAW, and now operational as a combined assignment of RAW, Mossad and RAMA. If they are operational in our street level by capturing a specific religious minded group of people all over the Pakistan, why we can’t make our defense strengthen at hit them at the street level.

Two Sisters At A Time?

It was shocking for me, I can't imagine that in a Muslim society, we can see this kind of example before. A Muslim person named Qurban was married to his cousin Shahida, his younger sister in law Noshaba was living in his home, after death of her parents. The family was living in a rented house. With the passage of time Qirban and Noshaba fall in love and decided to get married, but Qurban was also deeply in love with his wife Shahida and he was not ready to leave him. He decided to have a talk with his wife and result was the permission of his wife to have living relationship with her younger sister Noshaba. Now Noshaba was also living there as an illegal wife of Qurban. After few months Noshaba got pregnant, and she was not ready for abortion. Three of them decided to have the shelter  of Nikah to legalize the birth of that child. Now Qurban was in search of a new house on rent. On the other side his wife was also expecting, while shifting to their new home.
At new home in the other part of the city, they were feeling safe and during this time Qurban made his second marriage with Noshaba, concealing the real relation with her. The secret was open after three years when one of their old neighbors lady met them coincidentally. Some neighbours raised the voice, but he stated that Shahida and Noshaba were cousin, not real sisters. He also challenged his neighbors to prove that both ladies were real sisters.  
No one have the time to involve in such matters. Now both sisters are in old age having more then thirteen sons and daughters. Their two daughters are married and they have engaged their elder son also.

Shoot down, a new trend of crime

Shoot  down is a new trend of murder in kp and adjacent districts of Punjab Specially Kohat District of KPK and Attock district of Punjab.
A man is going to his work place or to his home, at evening, 02 unknown/unidentified person rushed to him and shoots down him with 32 bore pistol. This scene is being repeated again and again on the roads of Attock City and surrounding areas. Local police is totally hopeless and could not trace even single murder from last 10 crimes of same nature. Last person was from Ahmdi religion (qadiani) and this last incident proves that an unknown terrorist group is active in this area. This group is working locally and have no shelter of any prominent proscribed organization because the style of these organizations is totally different. They target most prominent religious personalities because they want to get attention of national and international media. This local terrorist group is performing Jihad against Shia and Qadianies according to their religious thinking. Present situation demands extra preventive measures to stop these kind of crime and the arrest of culprits.
